Liability Waiver
Liability Waiver, Express Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, Hold Harmless Policy
In return for being permitted to participate in 4 The Love of Barre Baby Barre Classes, including any associated use of the premises, facilities and site, participants agree to release, waive, discharge and promise not to hold liable Katrina Leonti or 4 The Love of Barre Baby Barre Classes from any and all claims resulting in personal injury (including death), accidents or illnesses and property loss, in connection with your or your child’s participation in and any use of the premises and facilities at the venue of Quakers, Winchmore Hill, N21.
Personal Responsibility
At all times during 4 The Love of Barre Baby Barre Classes, participants are responsible for their own and their child’s safety.
Participants agree to seek individualised support if they have any questions regarding the medical or psychological wellbeing of themselves or their little one.
Assumption of Risks
Participation in the 4 The Love of Barre Baby Barre class carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to protect and promote the safety and wellbeing of group participants. These risks vary from one individual to another and include but are not limited to exposure to viruses and bacteria, physical injuries, misinformation or miscommunication and dissatisfaction with service or experience.
You understand and acknowledge that you may have to exercise extra care for you and your child. You further understand that Katrina Leonti and 4 The Love of Barre Baby Barre Classes do not have rescue or medical facilities or the expertise necessary to deal with any injuries and damages.
Severability
Participants further agree that this Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion is held invalid, the remaining portions will continue to have full legal force and effect.
Further Points
You understand you are acting on behalf of yourself and your child. To the extent allowed by law, you hereby waive and agree to release any claims or liability which you, your child, or your child’s heirs and successors may have or believe to have against 4 The Love of Barre Baby Barre Classes and Katrina Leonti, for any injuries, losses or damages to your child, your child’s personal property and your personal property.
I have read the above Liability Waiver, Express Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability in its entirety. I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such injuries and damages. Notwithstanding such risks, I agree to participate in the classes at 4 The Love of Barre Baby Barre Classes.
